Lodging only- Grandview Acres guests are blessed with a county atmosphere AND city convenience. We have 2 lodging options located 25 miles south of Stuttgart, just outside DeWitt city limits. 

Lodging Option 1: Grandview Acres Lodge is 5900 sq.ft. with wraparound porch where you can sit and watch the deer graze. The lodge will accommodate 4-8 guests with all the comforts of home. It has two, 2 bedroom suites.  Each suite has a full bath shared between 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen bed. Lodge amenities include large gathering space with satellite tv and ample seating, full gourmet kitchen, dining table for 10, wet bar area, guest half bath,  pool and foosball tables, and room to spare for the event you have in mind. 

Lodging Option 2: Grandview Acres Bunkhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 shared full bathrooms, and large gathering area with tv and kitchenette. Each bunkhouse bedroom sleeps 3 or 4 people in twin beds. The Bunkhouse will sleep 14 people comfortably.

Whether you choose the main lodge or the bunkhouse you will have access to our outdoor pavilion with fireplace, grills, boot room, cleaning station, large covered shed,  kennels, huge parking area, and 35 private acres to relax until your next hunt. 

Grandview Acres is also available for receptions, family reunions, class reunions, retreats, and gatherings of all kinds.
