Palaver Place B & B offers a serene, unique and rustic atmosphere.  It is an ideal place for hunters, large groups or family reunions.  All rooms are non-smoking and pet friendly.

There are four apartments with kitchenettes (microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot), and each unit sleeps 4-6.  Limited RV parking may be available.

The dining area seats up to 26 with breakfast included.  Homecooked meals are optional, and a grill and smoker are available for use.

Guests are welcome to play pool, relax in the massage chair or play outdoor games.  Introductory art lessons with fused glass are available on site.

Palaver Place was established in 1989 by Dr. Charles Spellmann when he purchased a small cabin.  As his family grew. he began tearing old homesteads and barns down to reuse the lumber for room additions.  The property now hosts the "big house", 6 apartments, a workshop, an art studio and two ponds.

All paintings are by Dr. Spellmann, who is retired and lives in Cabot, AR.
